  • Pre-2001 wells are not included. An estimated 200,000+ Texas wells drilled before TWDB digitized records do not appear in our database.
  • Depth and cost estimates are statistical projections, not guarantees. Actual conditions at your specific location will vary.
  • Injurious water flags indicate proximity to historic reports – they are NOT current water quality assessments and do NOT replace professional water testing.
  • Address matching may be imprecise, particularly for rural properties, new construction, or properties near county or district boundaries.
