Why Maintenance Matters

Annual Inspection Checklist

• Check well cap and casing for cracks or gaps
• Test water quality for bacteria, nitrates, and other contaminants
• Inspect pressure tank and pump performance
• Verify electrical connections and controls
• Check for changes in water taste, color, or odor

Water Quality Testing

Regular water testing is the only way to know your water is safe. Test annually for bacteria and nitrates at minimum. If you notice any change in taste, smell, or appearance, test immediately.

Pump Performance
